Privacy Policy Payment/Refund Policy Payment Policy In order to book a DJ, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit, in most cases. Your event does not have a DJ booked from us until that deposit is received. Contract or no contract, no booking until deposit is received. Your deposit guarantees your date and time. To that end, we decline any subsequent bookings for that date and time. Therefore, should you cancel your event, we will not refund the deposit. Final payment for booking must be made prior to start time of event. If payment is made by check, check must be received a minimum of 3 business days prior to event date. Payment may be made at start time of event, but must be in cash or money order. Booked events may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to start time and any non-deposit payments may be refunded. Any expenses incurred in preparations for your Event will be deducted. Any event not cancelled 24 hours or more prior to start time are not entitled to any refunds. Should Big Jim's Mobile DJ, for whatever reason, fail to provide the service, all monies, including deposits, will be refunded. Hide Policy Services Policy
